Warranty Policy

Most products come with 6–12 months warranty as listed on each product page. Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Physical damage, water damage (unless rated waterproof), and misuse are not covered.

Return Policy

You may return unopened products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Opened products may be exchanged within 3 days if defective. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email to initiate a return.

How to Claim Warranty

1. Contact support with your order number and issue description
2. Send photos/videos of the defect if requested
3. Ship the product to our service center (if required)
4. Receive repair or replacement within 7–14 business days
